Bayer CropScience Appoints New Chairman

Bayer CropScience has appointed Sandra E. Peterson as chairman of the board of management. She will join the board of the Bayer subgroup on July 1, 2010 and succeed Friedrich Berschauer, current chairman on October 1, 2010.
