BASF Expects Record 2007 and Sees Continued Growth in 2008

Strong global industry conditions and positive contributions from recently acquired businesses have positioned BASF to deliver record results in 2007, says BASF board chairman Jürgen Hambrecht. “We will post sales of about €58 billion ($85 billion) this year, and Ebit is certain to be better than last year,” Hambrecht tells CW....
