ArrMaz Custom Chemicals Appoints Hank Waters CEO

Hank Waters, former president of Ashland Distribution and Ashland Performance Materials, has been appointed CEO of ArrMaz Custom Chemicals (Mulberry, FL), the company announced today. Waters joined ArrMaz earlier this year after spending 17 years at Ashland. He replaces Glen Varnadoe, who is retiring after 25 years at the company. ArrMaz, a process chemicals maker, was acquired by the private equity firm Snow Phipps Group (New York) in 2008.
