Aramco and Dow Sign Shareholders' Agreement for Sadara Chemical JV

Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical have signed a shareholders' agreement for their previously announced Sadara Chemical joint venture. Sadara will build a $20-billion manufacturing complex at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Ali Ibrahim Al Naimi, Saudi minister of petroleum and mineral resources, and chairman of Saudi Aramco, presided over the signing ceremony.
