Ampac Sells In-Space Propulsion Business to Moog

American Pacific (Ampac; Las Vegas, NV) has divested its aerospace equipment segment, the In-Space Propulsion business, to Moog (Buffalo, NY). Moog purchased the business for $46 million in cash. The In-Space Propulsion business develops and manufactures liquid propulsion systems and components for satellites and missile defense systems.
