American Vanguard Restructures Sales, Creates Dutch Subsidiary

American Vanguard says it has restructured the international sales and marketing operations of Amvac, its principal subsidiary. The company has named Ad de Jong as managing director of a division that will handle sales and marketing for Amvac's products outside the U.S. Jong will assume responsibilities currently held by Alfredo Pelaez, who is retiring at the end of first quarter 2013.
