Airgas acquires four welding businesses

Airgas has announced the acquisition of four welding businesses with combined annual revenues of about $20 million. Financial terms of the individual deals were not disclosed. The acquisitions include US Welding & Safety Supply Co. (Miami), finalized on 3 December, which specializes in the distribution of welding equipment and welding-related hardgoods including consumables as well as industrial gas and welding supply distributors Rebel Welding & Industrial Supply Inc.
