Air Liquide Announces Management Changes

Air Liquide has announced changes within its management team effective January 1, 2010, following a decision by Klaus Schmieder, senior executive v.p. to retire end of 2009. The management team will be comprised of Benoit Potier, chairman and CEO, together with Pierre Dufour, senior executive v.p., and Jean-Pierre Duprieu, senior v.p. who will supervise Europe and the company's healthcare activities.
