Agrium potash mine down on mechanical failure

Agrium announced that its potash mine at Vanscoy, Saskatchewan experienced a mechanical failure on its main hoist system. As a result, production has been shut down. Due to the outage, the company says it will bring forward the planned turnaround to tie-in the current capacity expansion project.
