ACC Sees Moderate Growth Ahead

The U.S. chemicals sector is in recovery mode, but growth in coming years will be moderate, according to ACC's annual year-end outlook. U.S. chemicals output is expected to fall 6.2% for 2009, before rising 3.4% in 2010 and 4% in 2011. Globally, output is projected to decline 4.6% this year, before rising by the same amount in 2010.
