Dakota Gasification awards IHI contract for urea plant

IHI E&C International (Houston), an engineering and construction subsidiary of IHI (Tokyo), was selected by Dakota Gasification Co. (DGC; Bismark, ND), a natural gas and coal gasification products producer and subsidiary of Basin Electric Power, to complete a front-end engineering design (FEED) study for a 1,100–2,200  ton/day urea plant at its Beulah, ND, facility.
