Ecolab Announces New CFO

Ecolab announced that its CFO Steven Fritze will step down on October 1, and Daniel Schmechel will replace him effective that date. Schmechel has been with Ecolab since 1995 and is currently executive v.p./finance and is responsible for tax, treasury, and the corporate controller functions.
