3M builds window film manufacturing facilities in China, Singapore

3M announced today that it is scaling up manufacturing facilities in China and Singapore to support its window film business. The two locations will help meet growing regional demand for its automotive, residential, and commercial window films. The new facilities are in addition to capital investments made in the US factories for clean coating and converting, the company says.
