United Phosphorus Acquires Dutch Crop Protection Producer Agrichem

United Phosphorus (Mumbai) says it has acquired Agrichem (Oosterhout, Netherlands) from SD Agchem Europe, a unit of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection (Mumbai), for an undisclosed sum.
