ThyssenKrupp and De Nora form chlor-alkali engineering joint venture

Plant engineering and construction group ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions announced today that it has agreed with De Nora (Milan), an electrochemical technologies supplier, to form a joint venture. The companies intend to combine their engineering, procurement, and construction activities for electrolysis plants under the name ThyssenKrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers (Dortmund, Germany).
