Talke becomes majority owner of logistics facilities at Germany's Chempark sites

Chemical logistics company Talke (Hürth, Germany) says it has become majority owner of the former Friedrich A. Kruse jun. Logistics Services. The acquired business's operations include dangerous goods warehouses, production logistics, and shipping facilities in the Chempark chemical production sites at Dormagen and Leverkusen, Germany. Talke bought the majority stake from former majority shareholder Friedrich A. Kruse junior.
