Solvay to sell Latin American PVC business Indupa

Solvay has confirmed CW’s exclusive report that it plans to exit its Latin American polyvinyl chloride (PVC) business Indupa. The company reported Indupa as “assets held for sale” in the fourth quarter results and Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, Solvay’s CEO confirmed to analysts and journalists that the company is looking at options for Indupa.
