Singapore investment firm to acquire 5% stake in Evonik?

Investment company Temasek Holdings (Singapore) will acquire a 5% stake in Evonik Industries for over €600 million ($780 million), say press reports. RAG Foundation (Essen, Germany) and CVC Capital Partners—the owners of Evonik—revived plans last month to list Evonik in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
