Sika acquires construction chemicals firm in Paraguay

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says it has agreed to acquire Inatec (Asunción, Paraguay), the market leader in Paraguay in the area of construction chemicals. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Inatec, which was founded in 1982, is a privately owned company and it has annual sales of about 7 million Swiss franc ($7.5 million), Sika says.
