SGL Group Acquires an Additional 10.8% Stake in Portuguese Firm Fisipe

SGL Group (Wiesbaden, Germany)—a leading producer of carbon-based products, including carbon fibers—says it has completed the acquisition of an additional 10.8% stake in the listed company Fibras Sinteticas de Portugal (Fisipe; Lavradio, Portugal) from the previous shareholder, Quimifértil.  SGL now holds a 97% stake in Fisipe. The transaction was approved by the Portuguese securities commission, the company says.  SGL, as previously reported, completed the acquisition of an 86% stake in Fisipe from Negofor (Lisbon) in April...
