Royal Acquires Clifton Adhesives

Royal Adhesives and Sealants, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital, has acquired Clifton Adhesives. Royal will gain substantially all of the assets of Clifton, which is a major supplier of thermoplastic and elastomeric adhesives and coatings to the aerospace, military, recreational, and commercial marine market used in the fabrication of inflatable structures.
