Report: Solvay hires Credit Suisse for possible Eco-Services sale

Solvay has retained Credit Suisse to find a buyer for Eco-Services, the company's sulfuric acid regeneration business, according to a Reuters report. The company announced last week that it was exploring options for the unit, as reported by CW. Private equity firms have been contacted regarding the possible sale, which could raise about $800 million, the report adds. An auction process began this week, the report says.
