Report: Evonik among bidders for transdermal therapeutic system firm

Evonik Industries is among the companies interested in bidding to acquire Lohmann Therapie-Systeme (LTS; Andernach, Germany), valued at an estimated €1 billion ($1.3 billion), according to a report from Bloomberg. Other potentially interested bidders include private equity firms EQT Partners (Stockholm), Nordic Capital (Stockholm), and BC Partners (London), the report adds. The private sale process for LTS is still in its early stages, the report says. The company is coowned by Novartis, SAP, cofounder Dietmar Hopp, and private equity firm BWK...
