RPM acquires tile producer

RPM has acquired Expanko (Exton, PA)—a producer of terrazzo tile as well as cork and rubber floor tiles for the education, healthcare, hospitality and sports/entertainment commercial markets. Expanko has annual sales of $12 million with manufacturing at Mesquite, TX. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, though RPM says it expects the acquisition to add to earnings within one year.
