Quest Specialty Chemicals acquires automotive refinish products maker

Quest Specialty Chemicals (QSC; Charleston, SC) has completed its acquisition of US Chemical & Plastics (Massillon, OH), a maker of automotive refinish products, the company says. Financial terms of the deal, including purchase price, have not been disclosed. US Chemical & Plastics makes paints, coatings, plastic fillers, and putties for the automotive refinish market.
