Private Equity Firm Onex to Acquire Plastics and Rubber Machinery Company KraussMaffei

Private equity firm Onex (Toronto) today announced that it has agreed to acquire KraussMaffei (Munich), a leading manufacturer of plastic and rubber processing equipment, for €568 million ($729.4 million).
