Potash group Elemental Minerals agrees to Dingyi's bid

Elemental Minerals (Perth, Australia) and Dingyi Group Investment (Bermuda) announced today that following successful completion of a technical and financial due diligence by Dingyi, they have executed a bid implementation agreement under which Dingyi will make an off-market takeover offer for 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares of Elemental. The announcement follows a takeover offer made by Dingyi earlier this year. Dingyi will make an all cash takeover offer for Elemental at A$0.66/share, valuing Elemental at approximately A$190 million ($174.5 million)...
