PolyOne acquisition of Spartech approved by shareholders

Shareholders of Spartech (Clayton, MO), a custom plastic sheet, rollstock, and packaging solutions company, have approved PolyOne's $393-million acquisition of the company. PolyOne expects to close the deal on 13 March.
