PhosAgro begins squeeze-out at subsidiary

PhosAgro (Moscow), Europe’s largest producer of phosphate fertilizers and the world’s largest producer of high-grade phosphate rock, has begun squeezing out all shares belonging to PhosAgro-Cherepovets minority shareholders.
