Nordmann, Rassmann absorbs French distributor

Family-owned specialty chemicals distributor Nordmann, Rassmann (NRC; Hamburg) says it has absorbed Copci-Metamine (Annecy, France), a distributor of specialties in the French market. Terms of the deal, which NRC describes as a "merger," were not disclosed. "We believe we can generate significant growth from this new partnership and accelerate many untapped prospects," the companies' executive boards say in a joint statement.
