Nippon Shokubai merges two Singapore subsidiaries

Nippon Shokubai has merged its two Singapore-based subsidiaries in order to rationalize its corporate structure and strengthen the management system, the company announced today. On 1 January, Singapore Glacial Acrylic Acid Pte, a producer and marketer of glacial acrylic acid, was merged with Nippon Shokubai (Asia) Pte, which until the merger was engaged in the marketing of chemicals.
