Mylan's $1.6 billion acquisition of Indian generic pharma group Agila expected to get clearance

Mylan’s (Canonsbury, PA) $1.6-billion takeover of Agila Specialties (Bangalore, India) is expected to be cleared by the government, Indian media reports citing Anand Sharma, Commerce and Industry Minister.
