Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma to acquire Canadian biopharma company Medicago

Medicago (Quebec City, PQ), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing vaccines based on proprietary manufacturing technologies, announced on Friday that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corp.
