Marrone Bio Innovations announces pricing of IPO

Marrone Bio Innovations (MBI; Davis, CA), a producer of biobased pesticides, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 4,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00/share, valuing the IPO at $57 million, below the previously announced range of $65 million. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market today under the symbol MBII. Closing of the offering is expected on 7 August, subject to customary closing conditions.
