Makhteshim completes acquisition of Serbian marketing company

Makhteshim Agan Industries (MAI; Tel Aviv),  the world leader in branded off-patent crop protection solutions, announced on Sunday that it had completed the acquisition of Magan Agrochemicals Serbia (Subotica, Serbia), a marketing and distribution company. MAI announced the acquisition in December.   With the completion of the acquisition, Magan becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of MAI.
