Lonza completes sale of Arch performance urethanes, organics business to Monument Chemical

Lonza says it has completed the previously announced sale of the assets of it performance urethanes and organics business located at Brandenburg, KY, to Monument Chemical (Indianapolis). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two companies signed a deal for the sale in November 2012. The assets became a part of Lonza through the acquisition of Arch Chemicals (Norwalk, CT) in 2011.
