Linde Completes Acquisition of Lincare

Linde says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of home health-care company Lincare Holdings (Clearwater, FL). Lincare provides oxygen, respiratory and home infusion products, and related services. Linde announced last month that it would acquire Lincare for about $4.6 billion.
