L'Oréal in exclusive talks to buy two businesses from Shiseido

Shiseido (Tokyo), a leading cosmetics player, says it is in exclusive talks with L’Oreal to sell its Carita International (Paris) and Laboratories Decléor (Paris) activities specializing in skin-care, body-care, hair-care treatments, and products for about €230 million ($314.6 million), subject to closing adjustments.
