Klesch and Arkema at odds over PVC producer Kem One

A legal dispute has erupted between Klesch Group (Geneva), a special situations investor; and Arkema over Kem One (Lyon, France), the former polyvinyl chloride (PVC) business of Arkema, which Klesch acquired last year.
