Kemira looking at options for ChemSolutions business

Kemira has retained the investment bank SEB (Stockholm) to review strategic options for its ChemSolutions segment, the company announced today. The move is in line with its strategy to focus on selected business segments. In the first quarter, Kemira divested ChemSolutions' food and pharmaceuticals businesses and sold its shares in the Sachtleben joint venture. Kemira continues to realignment its portfolio.
