Jacobs and OCP JV Plans to Acquire Engineering Firm Team Maroc

Jacobs Engineering and OCP (Casablanca), partners in Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA; Casablanca) announced on Friday that they intend to acquire 100% of the shares in Team Maroc (Rabat), a full service engineering and management consultancy firm. Officials did not disclose the terms of the agreement. Team Maroc employs 171 people and provides consulting and engineering services including studies, work monitoring and supervision, technical assistance, traffic and transport surveys and socio-economic impact studies, mainly for infrastructure projects.   The...
