J.M. Huber Buys Flame Retardants Business

J.M. Huber (Atlanta) has purchased the hydrate flame retardant business of Almatis, Inc. (Bauxite, AR) for an undisclosed sum, the company says. The acquisition includes manufacturing assets and two product lines. J.H. Huber and Almatis entered into a tolling agreement in December 2010 under which J.M.
