Ineos Acquires DSM's Amino Resins Business

Ineos subsidiary Ineos Melamines says it has agreed to acquire DMS’s amino resins business for an undisclosed amount. “The acquisition of the amino resins from DSM is a further step in our efforts to be the supplier of choice for amino cross linkers,” says Holger Mueller, commercial director of Ineos Melamines.
