IMCD Acquires Italian Food Ingredients Distributor

IMCD (Rotterdam) says it has acquired specialty food ingredients distributor Nutrivis (Milan). Nutrivis's employees will move to IMCD's subsidiary IMCD Italia (Milan) in May 2012, under the terms of the agreement. This is the second acquisition by IMCD in Italy during the last three months. It acquired Organotec (Burago di Molgora, Italy) in December 2011.
