HallStar Acquires Specialty Plasticizer Product Line from Dow

Hallstar announced that it has acquired a specialty plasticizers product line from Dow. The TP-series brand of plasticizers include TP-90B, TP-759 and TP-95 which will provide Hallstar with a range of ester technology mostly used in rubber modification, the company says.
