People & Business :: M&A H.B. Fuller to Cut Jobs in Forbo Integration9:59 AM MDT | April 19, 2012 | Vincent Valk H.B. Fuller has announced 130 job cuts and the closure of six manufacturing facilities as part of the integration of Forbo’s industrial adhesives business. The plant closures will be in Quebec, Illinois, Kansas, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas. Ninety of the job cuts will be in those manufacturing facilities, while another 40 will be in business management, customer service, finance, and other corporate functions. Fuller is also closing the former Forbo corporate and research office in North Carolina. All of the job cuts and plant closures announced...
