H.B. Fuller acquires US tile and stone installation products firm

H.B. Fuller says it has acquired ProSpec Construction Products (Charlotte, NC), a maker of caulks, epoxies, grouts, and other installation products for tile and stone, from Bonsal American, a subsidiary of Oldcastle, Inc. Financial terms of the deal, including purchase price, were not disclosed. ProSpec had net revenues of $27 million in 2013.
