H.B. Fuller Acquires Electronic Manufacturing Services Provider

H.B. Fuller says it has finalized the acquisition of Engent (Norcross, GA), a provider of manufacturing, research and development services to the electronics industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Engent business generated under $10 million in revenue in 2011, and it brings development capabilities, testing resources and technical support infrastructure, Fuller says.
