GAM Completes Acquisition of Cabot Supermetals Business

Global Advanced Metals’ (GAM; West Perth, Australia) has completed its $400-million acquisition of Cabot’s Supermetals business, a leading maker of tantalum-based products, following approval by U.S. regulatory authorities.
