FMC Forms JV with Chinese Environmental Companies

FMC has formed a joint venture with BCEG Environmental Remediation (Bceer; Beijing) and Brisea Group (Beijing) to manufacture and market products for soil and groundwater remediation in China. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The jv, named Beijing Enviro-Chem, will produce the cost-effective, environmentally friendly products, plus provide an R&D laboratory, feasibility testing, remedial design and technical support services, FMC’s environmental solutions division says.
